Most brands sell you a jagged Mylar pouch inflated with air(largely nitrogen gas). Every cubic inch of wasted volume is a tax on your back.

Our competitors need boiling water to force a dehydrated pouch back to life. We don’t.

A Brick hydrates with steaming water (~180°F) or cold soaks with filtered water. Less fuel, less waiting, fewer chores.

Prep a Brick in the morning while you heat water for coffee. Store it in the Oven. Eat a warm meal hours later—especially when the alpine is cold and unforgiving.


Flavor is modular

Nobody quits trail food because it’s hard. They quit because it gets old.
